The name of my company/podcast is Go Hard Chick. Someone in my local gym, who had seen me working out said, "that chick goes hard" and I became known as the "Go Hard Chick." But, the Go Hard Chick is every woman who works hard in life and love. The goal is to encourage women to live a healthy & fulfilling life and to achieve their wellness goals to become the best versions of themselves.
Why is a role like your's important to the podcast space? As someone who wears multiple hats as a certified health coach, attorney, devoted mother, and podcast host, my role brings a unique perspective and expertise to the podcast space. My journey through overcoming health challenges and transforming my lifestyle gives me firsthand experience and insight that I can share with my audience.

What made you want to work in the podcast industry? I once had a blog where I wrote about health and wellness. I decided that I wanted to continue but thought I would try podcasting.

Many people lack access to reliable information or guidance on these topics, and we fill that gap by offering valuable insights and strategies for improving health.
Why is there a need for an organization like yours? After struggling with my own health and wellness, I took charge of my well-being by transforming my approach to meals and putting a spotlight on nutrition, fitness, and stress management. After my own struggles, I wanted to help educate and empower other women.
How'd You get into podcasting? originally started a blog about health and wellness in 2013. I wanted to explore podcasting a a continuation of my blog.

What's one thing you wished you'd known about podcasting when you started? How challenging it would be to find knowledgeable guests.
In a few sentences tell me briefly, about one of your favorite episodes or interviews from your podcast? One of my favorite episodes is Longing for Mom: Healing Childhood Trauma. In this episode, I am joined by Dr. Fanike-Kiara Olugbala Young who discusses navigating difficult mother-daughter relationships. After speaking with Dr. Fanike, personally, I was so inspired to keep going with my own personal healing journey.
What are some resources or tips you've learned in your podcast journey? Tips… Canva, riverside.fm, and Fiverr have all be game changers.
What are your hopes for the future of podcasting? I hope that smaller podcasts, like Go Hard Chick become more accessible for the listeners who really need and can benefit from it
