Throwback Spotlight
Marc Lamont Hill—I Grew Up With Kobe
Marc Lamont Hill grew up in Philly playing basketball with Kobe Bryant. They were on different planets even then but Marc learned a lot about him in the hundreds of times they faced off. They went in different paths but stayed friends and Marc became more than just one of the coolest intellectuals in America, he became a basketball expert who thinks of himself as Mr. 76ers. He sits front row at every home game. Marc is an amazing brother who I’ve known and loved for many years and it was amazing to sit and talk with him about basketball and Kobe and everything else.

Fun Fact
